You will need to verify that the item belongs to you. For example: you will be asked to describe the contents of the item; if it’s a digital device with security lock, our personnel will require you to unlock the security password. After verification, we will proceed with the claiming procedure.
We advise the owner of the item to collect the item themselves, however if the person unable to collect, please inform our Concierge in advance that someone will be collecting the item on behalf of him/her.
Yes. We provide this service and it is complimentary. However, the item brought to us for wrapping must be bought in one of the outlets in our mall.
We provide wrapping paper, but, if you want to bring your own choice of wrapping paper, feel free to do so.
Yes. Rental on the umbrellas are free of charge. Customer service staffs are to ensure that the umbrellas are returned in good condition after usage.
