The word ‘蜀’ (Shu) of the restaurant name means the ancient state where is now Sichuan in China, a city known as the motherland of hotpot. Shu Guo Yin Xiang determines in serving the most authentic China hotpot to its diners. Many ingredients are directly imported from China which are rarely found in Malaysia but definitely worth trying, such as duck intestine, beef tripe, beef stomach, daisy duck etc. Not to mention all the fresh ingredients and must-have dishes: snow beef, handmade shrimp paste, beef tripe, pork neck, and many more! On top of that, a wide variety of sauces and condiments available for diners to mix and match into their favourite dipping sauce!

There are more than 10 selections in Shu Guo Yin Xiang, including Beauty Collagen Soup, Tomato Soup, Mushroom Soup, Pork Bone Soup, Spicy and Nature Spicy. Its signature ‘Shu Prosperity Triple Pot’ is a must-try which allows diners to have up to 3 different broths in one sitting! Besides, diners are also served with their specialty – Eight Treasures Tea, made of white chrysanthemum, rose, licorice, stevia leaf, mangosteen, rock sugar and jasmine tea.
